My journey to where I am today started about 6 years ago. I was newly married and had just moved to another state away from my family and friends. I was working as an adjunct online professor and a database manager all from my home, but something was missing. I felt that God was calling to me more, but I wasn’t quite sure where to begin. Finally, I hit one of the lowest points of my life, sinking into depression and allowing feelings of unworthiness and doubt to creep in, I cried out to the Lord! “Lord I feel empty, as if I know I am fearfully and wonderfully made, I ask you to show me what it is that you have called me to do. No sooner did I pray that prayer that he led me to the words “Christian Life Coach” in a devotional I was reading.
After prayerful consideration, I took the next step. I went on a journey of transformation and self-discovery which has led me to where I am today, completely fulfilled and living out God’s purpose for my life. It hasn’t been easy and it surely wasn’t over night, but I’ve been able to transform into a woman who no longer needs reassurance and validation from other people, I get all I need knowing that I am a daughter of Christ, and that he has created me specifically to help other people know their purpose and realign themselves with him to bring him glory.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11.
All of the activities and everything I have done thus far has equipped me to be able to serve others in his kingdom. The traits I possess and jobs that I’ve had in the past all weave together to allow me to pursue this God-given passion.
I’ve been married almost 6 years now to my army dentist, Nick. We have two children, Abigail, 2 and Nathaniel 6 months, who keep me on my toes! I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to be involved in the women’s ministry on post as well as attend many Mom’s groups (that help with raising a toddler!) I am also part of a women’s conference speaker team that travels to speak on hope, joy, faith and our identity in Christ, as well as a published author officially as of last year! In all of my spare time (haha) I enjoy biking, hiking and outdoor activities.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, I AM A WOMAN ON A GOD GIVEN MISSION TO HELP THE SPIRITUALLY STUCK, HELP THOSE WHO QUESTION THEIR CALLING, AND HELP PEOPLE TRANSFORM IN HIS IMAGE, ROOTED IN THEIR IDENTITY IN CHRIST!
Your children are beautiful!!! So glad to know you!
